Blanche BrownPublished Wednesday, December 19, 2007 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Blanche M. Brown, 90, of Prescott, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, in Medical Park Hospital in Hope. She was born on Jan. 7, 1917 in Oklahoma to Willie B. and Ruth Mae White Tippitt. She was a homemaker. She was a Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Henry Brown and by one son, Robert Lee. Her survivors include one son, William Henry Brown of Justin City, Kan.; three daughters, Hazel Mae Lee of Hope, Betty Jean Price of Dallas, Texas, and Fay Ann Brown of Prescott; seven step-children; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other loved ones and friends. She also leaves behind many good neighbors. The grave side service was at 2 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 16, at Piney Grove Cemetery in Boughton Community near Prescott, with the Rev. Neal Ridling officiating.
