Darron QuallsPublished Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in the Gurdon TimesDarron Andrew Qualls, 41, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2007. He was born October 20, 1965, in Trenton, N. J. and was a Baptist. Qualls was a funeral director and embalmer, having graduated from Dallas Institute of Funeral Service in 1987. He was presently attending San Antonio College. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Qualls, of Gurdon; a sister, Donna Wedsted, of Soddy Daisy, Tenn.; a brother, Dwayne Qualls, of Gurdon; a nephew, Matthew Qualls, of North Little Rock; a niece, Jill Hughes, of Magnolia; and a niece, Holly Rafaeli, of Levittown, Pa.; two great nephews, Jeremiah Freeman Hughes and James William Hughes of Magnolia. He was preceded in death by his father, J. D. Qualls, and a brother, Douglas Qualls. Funeral arrangements were completed in San Antonio, Texas.
