Gun recovery prompts chargeBy Wendy LedbetterPublished Wednesday, October 24, 2007 in the Nevada County Picayune Ian Dan Marlar, 31, 656 Nevada 61, has been charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution. According to court records, a woman reported to police that her someone had broken into her home on Aug. 8, taking jewelry, a gun and $240 in cash. Marlars bond was set at $2,500 during a court appearance on Oct. 4. Formal charges were later filed. Marlar is set to appear again in court on Nov. 5.
