Parks, Richardson United In Marriage (cont)Published Wednesday, March 10, 1999 in the Nevada County Picayuneuquet was tulips with a blue ribbon. After the bouquet and garter were thrown the couple made their way to their car while the guests blew bubbles. After a trip to Hot Springs the couple will reside in Conway, where the bride is a junior at the University of Central Arkansas and works at Regions Bank and the groom is employed by Virco Manufacturing.
