Mr. Edward Stanton Webber, 53, of Hope, died Monday, July 15, 2007, at his home.

He was born on Jan. 6, 1954, in Madison, Tenn., to Leonard and JoAnn Britton Webber. He was a truck driver for D and D Trucking of Rosston. He was a member of Providence Memorial Baptist Church in Perrytown, and a member of the Navy Reserve.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

His survivors include his wife of 32 years, Susan ORorke Webber of Hope; one daughter, Shannon Barnes and Marl of Hope; his mother-in-law, Mary Trout of Hope; one brother, Jason Webber and Julie of Bullard, Texas; three sisters, Theresa Webb and David and Vanessa Arthus and Vernon, all of Henderson, Texas, and Tanya Webber of Hope; and one grandson, Wesley Barnes of Hope.

The funeral service was at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 19, at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope, with Rev. James Honeycutt officiating. Burial was in Washington Cemetery in Washington. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.

The family received friends Wednesday, July 18, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.

A memorial fund has been set up at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home, P.O. Box 645, Hope, AR 71802.
