CaneyRuby WickerPublished Wednesday, March 10, 1999 in the Nevada County Picayune Linda Hacker and her family of Texarkana visited her parents, Pocket and Nez Callicott Sunday. Cannon and Heather Callicott visited her grandfather, Johnny Shewbirt, Sunday afternoon. Johnny had surgery in Little Rock Thursday. Kena Karmel and twins, Zack and Tyler, of Dallas, Texas, are visiting with Ken and Celia Karmel this week. Kevin is on a business trip. Charles White is on the ailing list. He was unable to be in church Sunday. Many others were unable to be in church as well. We hope and pray everyone is feeling better. Helen May visited her doctor last week. She has trouble with her back. Margie Reed visited her eye doctor last week and will go again this week. I had a phone call from Glenda Dixon in Orange, Texas, last week. The Bill Wicker relatives are having their annual family get-together at Jim and Marthada Cockrill's Camp Hernea in Texas the first weekend in May. We are all looking forward to it.
