Six arrested on drug charges

Members of local law enforcement united April 26 to serve search warrants on a local residence, resulting in six arrests and an array of drug-related charges.

According to information from the Prescott Police Department, the PPD, Nevada County Sheriffs Office, Arkansas State Police and South Central Drug Task Force discovered drugs and items typically used in the sale of illegal substances at the home of Antonio Flemons, 30, 641 E. Second St.

Flemons was charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance - one related to marijuana and one for cocaine, according to information from PPD Chief Brian Russell. Flemons was also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.

Other arrests made during the execution of the search warrant included:

Issac Railey, 43, 692 W. Bryant St., for possession of a controlled substance.

James Cole, 47, 661 W. Bryant St., for possession of a controlled substance.

Charles Gulley Jr., 21, 627 W. Bryant St., for possession of a controlled substance.

Yvonne Sockwell, 47, 637B Highway 332, for possession of a controlled substance.

Lashonda Young, 33, 641 E. Second St., for possession of a controlled substance.
