PPD makes arrest

Officers with the Prescott Police Department and the Arkansas State Police made additional arrests Monday, April 2, as the result of investigations over the past few months.

Those arrested were charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Larry Milner Sr., Larry Milner Jr., and David Raily each face two counts of the offense. DeShawn Fellows was charged with three counts.

Prescott Police Chief Brian Russell said April 2 that the state police had issued warrants for the arrest of all four, and that the PPD and ASP served those warrants during the early morning hours that day.

Milner Sr. was among those who made an appearance in circuit court. Milner was being held on additional drug charges.
