Georgia DuncanPublished Wednesday, March 21, 2007 in the Gurdon TimesGeorgia Mae McDonald Duncan, 81, of Benton, formerly of Gurdon, died Monday, March 12, 2007 at her home. She was the widow of Wayne Jack Duncan, a retired supervisor with AT&T and a member of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, David Duncan and wife, Dorothy of Hohenwald, TN and Jimmy Duncan and wife, Rita of Benton; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great, great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers. Visitation was Thursday, March 15 between 5-7p.m. at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton. Grave side services were at 2p.m. Friday, March 16 in Gurdon at Rose Hedge Cemetery with Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon in charge.
