Harvey BrownPublished Wednesday, March 14, 2007 in the Gurdon TimesHarvey E. Judge Brown, 83, of Hot Springs died Tuesday, March 6, 2007. He was a retired union brick layer, member of First Baptist Church of Hot Springs, a Mason and a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. Survivors include his wife, Marguerite Brown of Hot Springs; two sons, John and Ruth Brown of Hot Springs and Phillip and Karen Brown of Dell; one daughter, Shirlene Patterson of Polacca, Ariz.; two brothers, Wendy Brown of Texarkana, Texas, and Kenneth Brown of Arlington, Texas; one sister, Doris Wright of Hot Springs; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were Saturday, March 10, at 11 a.m. at Beech Street Baptist Church in Gurdon. Burial will be in Easley Cemetery under the direction of Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
