Tommy McNealPublished Wednesday, February 14, 2007 in the Gurdon TimesTommy Ray McNeal, age 67, of Curtis, died on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007, at his home. He was born on Oct. 3, 1939, the son of the late John T. Jack and Dorothy Hurst McNeal. Tommy was a retired welder, a Mason, and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Judy McNeal of Curtis; two daughters, Lori Stewart and husband, Randy, of Gurdon and Jackie Hernandez of Curtis; one son, Jeff McNeal of Mesquite, Texas; two grandchildren, Justin Hernandez of Curtis and Ashton Stewart of Gurdon; and two sisters, Mary Miranda and Evelyn Nix both of Curtis. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, at Welch Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. James Guthrie and Randy Turner officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
