Jimmy Lee HarvellPublished Wednesday, February 14, 2007 in the Gurdon TimesJimmy Lee Harvell, 66, of Blytheville died Feb. 6, 2007, at his residence. He was born Jan. 31, 1941, in Gurdon to the late Thad and Eldora Steven Harvell. He was a retired sanitation worker and a member of the Church of God in Christ. Survivors include: Two daughters, Brenda Lee Harvell of Texas and Bernita Harvell of Blytheville; three sons, Gerald Harvell of New Madrid, Mo., Michael Stafford Harvell of Chicago, Ill., and Cedric Jones Harvell of Benton Harbor, Mich.; two sisters, Darlene Bennett of Pine Bluff and Ira Lee Harvell of Malvern; nine brothers, Thad Harvell Jr. of Mt Vernon, Ill., Lonnie Joe Harvell of Luxora, Castleberry Harvell of San Diego, Calif., David Harvell of Lansing, Mich., Joseph Harvell Sr. of Blytheville, Paul Harvell of Lansing, Mich., and Freddie Harvell of San Bernadino, Calif.; and nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
