Faye WickerPublished Wednesday, January 3, 2007 in the Nevada County PicayuneEvelyn Faye Wicker, 54, of Hope, died Dec. 25, 2006, in Blevins. She was retired from Electrolux (formerly known as Poulan). She was born April 5, 1952, in Prescott. She is the daughter of Dwight and Lois Baker Lane. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Willie James Lane. Survivors include her husband, Tony Wicker of Hope; one son, Anthony Wicker of Hope; three daughters, Tammy Melugin and husband, Tony of Bismark; Teri Lee and husband Justin of Arkadelphia, and April Harvey and husband Ricky of Hot Springs; five brothers, Paul Lane and wife Lola of Delight, Thomas Lane and wife Joan of Fayetteville, Olan Bucky Lane and wife Teresa, Joe Lane and wife Brenda, and Benny Lane and wife Linda, all of Blevins; four sisters, Cathy Stuart and husband Jim of Texarkana, Mary Wicker and husband Terry of Curtis, Doris Jean Rhodes and husband Skip of Blevins, and Ruth Adams and husband Bob of Kirby; and eight grandchildren. Graveside services were Thursday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m. in Sweet Home Cemetery in Blevins with Bro. Michael Mauldin officiating under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home.
