David Badeaux

David Aaron Badeaux, 51, of Whelen Springs, died Dec. 14,

2006, at his home. He was born April 30, 1955, in Willits, Calif., the son of Theobald and Melba Creech Badeaux. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.

Survivors include his mother Melba Badeaux Webb of Whelen Springs; fiive sisters, Faye Scott of Norman, Ann Baumgardner of Gurdon, Teresa Higginbotham of Arkadelphia, Judy Lowrance of Cedarville and Sarah Dickey of

Whelen Springs; three brothers, Doug Badeaux of Kennewick, Wash., Don Badeaux of Lavaca and Daniel Badeaux of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif.; 33 nieces and nephews and 40 great nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Gurdon with Rev. Lloyd Baumgardner, Rev. Maurice Dickey and Rev. Doug Higginbotham officiating. Burial will be in Bluff City Cemetery under the direction of Welch Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.

The family will receive friends at Bethlehem Baptist Church from 9 a.m. until service time on Monday.
