The Eagles received but Bo Jester and Daron Burkes made the tackle deep and the Wolves pushed the Eagles back two more yards with the next play. But just after Mayflower manages a first down, Drew Loe intercepts a pass. The Eagles werent to be outdone and promptly take the ball back with an interception of their own. But with the Eagles first pass, Kaylon Hall intercepted and put Wolves on their own 10-yard line. It was truly a team effort as Smith, Jermain Henderson, Accor and Threadgill push the ball into Curley Wolf territory before Henderson made the Wolves next touchdown. Justin Marcums kick was good, taking the score to 15-0. With only a minute left in the half, the Eagles again turn over the Wolves. The Wolves made the most of that time and grabbed another touchdown and extra point, making the score 22-0 at half time. Mayflower finally scored during the third quarter, then scored again. With the Wolves lead cut to only a single touchdown, Prescott players began to look for ways to punch through the Eagles defense. Accor found that hole and brought the score to 28-14. With only minutes left in the third quarter, the Wolves score again - solidifying their lead with a score of 35-14. The final score was 42-14.
