Allen Justin Willingham, 276 Malvern Road, Caddo Valley, was among those who appeared in front of Eighth Judicial District Circuit Judge Keith Wood during docket call for the Eighth Judicial District Circuit Court. Willingham was charged with sexual indecency with a child after officers with the Nevada County Sheriffs Office reportedly discovered Willingham at a private residence near Bodcaw on Oct. 6. According to information from the sheriffs office, someone reported a suspicious vehicle in the area, leading to the discovery of Willingham with a minor child in the residence. Willingham had been released on bond and appeared in court with a woman. Wood asked Willingham, who is 19, if he is in school. Willingham indicated that he was not and Wood asked about current employment. Not at this time, Willingham said. Wood asked Willingham what hed been doing with his time to which Willingham replied that hed been hanging out with friends. Thatll get you in trouble every time, Wood said. No action was taken on the case and Wood ordered Willingham to return to court on Jan. 22. He told Willingham that he should have a job before that court date.
