Barbara Mauldin

Mrs. Barbara Kay Mauldin, 47, of Prescott, died Wednesday, October 25, 2006, at her home in Prescott.

She was born December 7, 1958, in Riverside, Calif., to Fletcher Pete and Willie Mae Clayborn Pittman. She was employed with Champion Parts Rebuilders of Hope for 16 plus years. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Ann Mauldin.

Her survivors include her husband, Johnny Mauldin of Prescott; two sons, Johnny Mauldin, Jr. of Prescott and Phillip Mauldin and Lori of Delight; one daughter, Michelle Weaver and Johnny of Prescott; one brother, Kenneth Pittman of Prescott; four sisters, Virginia Bradley of Prescott, Marjorie Wilson of Arkadelphia, Sandra Reed of Dierks and Mississippi, and Kathy Reynolds of Kentucky; six grandchildren, Hannah and J.D. Weaver, Emily, Sarah and Isabel Izzy Mauldin, and Gabriel Mauldin.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 28, 2006, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel, in Prescott, with Revs. Neal Ridling and Raymond Hicks officiating. Burial was in Caney Cemetery in Caney. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.

Family received friends Friday, October 27, 2006, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
