Donald Spigner

Donald Ray Spigner, 60, formerly of Prescott, passed away September 26, 2006 in Little Rock, after a lengthy battle with cancer.

He was born March 26, 1946, in Prescott, where he was raised by his loving grandmother, Bertha Brown (Big Mama). He was retired from the USAF.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bertha Brown and a sister, Patsy Crews.

He is survived by his father, Raymond Spigner of Texarkana, Texas; his mother, Florine Williams of Mabelvale; daughters, Michelle Crowder of Prescott and Nicole (Niki) Spigner of Prescott; a son, Ray Spigner and wife Nina of New Harmony, Utah; grandson, Michael Crowder (Rooster) of Prescott; granddaughters, Kimberly Crowder of Prescott and Crista Albright of New Harmony, Utah; brothers, Jerry Spigner of Pearcy, Roger Spigner of Lockesburg, Dale Spigner of Hot Springs, Wes Spigner of Point Cedar, and Gary Williams of Benton; and a sister, Betty Forrester of Conway.

The funeral services were held at Roller-Drummond Chapel in Little Rock. His burial was at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander.
