Leonard DansbyPublished Wednesday, August 2, 2006 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. Leonard Dansby, 58, of Rosston, died Saturday night, July 15, 2006, in Nevada County, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born on April 15, 1948, in Rosston, to John Phillip and Gertrude Gulley Dansby. He was a former employee of Potlatch. He attended Oak Grove Public Schools in Rosston, and Cale Public Schools in Cale. He confessed Christ at an early age at Cana AME Church in Rosston, where he was a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his father, John Phillip Dansby and his mother, Gertrude Gulley Dansby; and two brothers, Lee Edward Dansby and Dennis Dansby. His survivors include two brothers, Clifton Dansby Sr. and Mary Ann of Bluff City and Rev. C.O. Dansby of Prescott; three sisters, Hazel Dansby Sherman of Rosston, Daisy Dansby Gulley and M.T. of Prescott, and Ella Dansby Settle and Leroy of Landover, Md.; one maternal uncle, Robert Lee Gulley of Chicago, Ill.; one special friend, Bro. Smitty Rigsby of Waterloo; a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at White Church Cemetery in Rosston, with Rev.
