William McDougaldPublished Wednesday, July 26, 2006 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. William R. Bill McDougald, 61, of Prescott, died Thursday, July 20, 2006, in Pike County. He was born on August 10, 1944, in Prescott, to William L. McDougald and Emma Gene Barnes McDougald Stewart. He was an employee of Exit 46 Truck Stop in Prescott. He received his BSBA from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Prescott. He was preceded in death by his father, William L. McDougald. His survivors include his mother, Emma Gene Stewart and Dick of Prescott; one brother, Gary Stewart and Susie of Little Rock; one sister, Mary Kate Dillon and Len of Stanleytown, Va.; four nieces, Caitlen and Molly Dillon of Stanleytown, Laura Edwards and Lisa Stewart, both of Little Rock; and three great-nephews, Corbin, Grant, and Preston Edwards, all of Little Rock. Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott, with Revs. Jerry G. Westmoreland and David Kassos officiating. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Rosston. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Tuesday, July 25, 2006, from 5-7 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
