Folks are feeling better in the Caney area. Heather Callicott was feeling a might under par Sunday. She and Cannon visited her grandfather, Johnie Shewbrit, Saturday evening. Johnie is home from the hospital after having surgery.

Charles White is feeling better and able to be in church Sunday. He almost made the one year perfect attendance in church, but came down with miseries.

We got much rain here in Caney. Think the rain was pretty general everywhere. Bobby and Wanda Lunsford went visiting in Texas and were unable to get back home until Sunday afternoon because of it.

Bro. Tal had a bad cold last week. He was able to go watch the Prescott girls play basketball Saturday afternoon.

Junior and Ann Loe returned Monday from a week long visit with their daughter, Safrona Stokes in of Mountain Home. Ann is scheduled for her doctor's visit today.

Lacy Webb celebrated her 11th birthday last week. Several of her friends from school, 14 I think Bro. Tal said, came for a bunking party and helped her celebrate.

Robert Callicott missed two days of work last week because of a sinus infection.

Rusty, Crystal and Ashley Wicker from Dallas, Texas, visited his mother, Wanda, and brother, Steve, this weekend.

Bro. Tal is working on a mid-week Bible study for the young folks and children beginning in April. Lots of good things like crafts, music and of course Bible study are being planned. Any child who would like to attend or if you would like your child to attend, should contact Suzanne Cross or Pat McCullough or any one from the church. Transportation will be provided if needed.

Margie Reed came down with cold and fever and was unable to attend church Sunday, but she is feeling much better today.

We welcome Lisa Robinson into our church. We wish her the best in her young Christian life. She is scheduled for baptism next Sunday.

Overheard: If I'd known I was going to live so long, I'd have taken better care of myself.
