STAR CITY 63 Star City gave Prescott a scare in the regional finals, but didn't have what it took to beat the Wolverettes.

Prescott posted a 73-63 win and took its second regional crown in four years.

The Wolverettes found themselves in unfamiliar territory after one as they trailed 20- 17.

This didn't set well with the team as it responded to take a 37-29 halftime lead.

Star City, though, didn't go away and only trailed 49-43 by the end of three.

Stockton had her second 30-point game of the tourney to lead Prescott in the win. Cossey, with another three treys, had 16, while Graham added 11.

Prescott was 12 of 14 from the stripe.
