Aimon Harrison

Mr. Aimon F. Bill Harrison, 77, of Patmos, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at his home.

He was born in Drew, Miss., on August 21, 1928, to Benson Charles and Francis L. Fant Harrison. He was a retired staff Sargent from the U.S. Marine Corp in Communications and retired maintenance supervisor from the Hudson Hatcheries. He was a Baptist. He was a Veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam and member of the Hope VFW.

He was preceded in death by his parents; by his wife Dewey Gay Harrison who died 9-10-2005; and by two brothers Kenneth Harrison, and Harman Adrian Harrison.

His survivors include one son, Devins Ray Harrison and Barbara of Fayetteville, N.C.; four daughters, Francis J. Harrison of Hope, Artie Laurie McNeil and David of Spring Hill, Angela Ray and John of Jay, Okla., and Christy Bryan and Mike of Prescott; two brothers, Benson Charles Harrison, Jr. of Roswell, N.M. and Bobby Guy Harrison of Victorville, Calif.; six grandchildren, D. Ray Harrison and David McNeil and Windy all of Hope, Danny McNeil and Deborah of Texarkana, Ark., Kyle McNeil and Celeste of Arkadelphia, and James Gardner and Beverly and Laura Elizabeth Gardner all of Jay, Okla., and eight great grandchildren.

Grave side services were at 1 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2006 at Arkansas Veterans Cemetery, North Little Rock, with Mr. Gary Aaron officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.

Family received friends Thursday, May 25, 2006, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.
