Butler took over the helm at Genoa Central two years ago, and was taught a lesson as the Wolverettes posted a 53-36 win over the Lady Dragons. Prescott led 11-8 after one but trailed 20-19 at halftime. The second half was completely different as the Wolverettes tossed sympathy out the window and jumped all over Genoa to take a 34-28 lead at the end of three. Cossey paced the team with 17, while Stockton added 13. Graham scored nine in the contest. The Wolverettes were two of four at the line.
