Man exposes self to young girlBY JOHN MILLERPublished Wednesday, March 8, 2006 in the Nevada County Picayune A 34-year-old Prescott man has been charged with sexual indecency with a minor and indecent exposure to a minor. According to reports from the Prescott Police Department, officers responded to a call from Sexton Foods around 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22. Upon arrival, officers were told Robert Edmondson had reportedly had revealed his privates to a child while inside the store. The child was able to describe the suspect, and a store employee told officers the persons name was Robert. According to the report, it was known that someone known as Robert Edmondson lives in the general area and is frequently seen around the grocery store. Within 30 minutes of responding to the call Edmondson was found and taken to the Nevada County Jail for questioning. He was subsequently charged with sexual indecency with a child and indecent exposure to a minor. He is currently being held in the Nevada County Jail.
