James Bragg

James Rodney Buck Bragg, 38, of Sparkman, died Thursday, February 16, 2006, in St. Joseph Mercy Health Center in Hot Springs.

He was born June 11, 1967, to Earnest and Joanna Bragg, Jr. in Arkadelphia.

He was a member of Center Point AME Church and a 1986 graduate of Sparkman High School. He was a member of the Arkansas Trail Blazers.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Clifton Bragg and a sister, Marilla House.

He is survived by his parents Earnest Bragg, Jr. and Joanna Bragg of Sparkman; four brothers, Marcus Bragg, Dennis Bragg, Scott Bragg of Arkadelphia, and Fredrick Bragg of Sparkman; three sisters, Cynthia Yarber of Arkadelphia, Audrey Bragg and Joretha Bragg of Sparkman; and a grandmother, Annie Bragg of Sparkman.

Funeral services were Saturday, February 25, at 1 p.m. in Center Point AME Church, Sparkman with Rev. Harold White, III, officiating. Interment in Center Point Cemetery by Williams Funeral Home of Arkadelphia.

Visitation was Friday, at 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home and family hour was Friday from 4-6 p.m. in Center Point AME Church in Sparkman.
