Nickie Light

Mrs. Nickie Jo Light, 60, of Hope, died Saturday, February 18, 2006, at her home.

She was born on August 2, 1945, in Hope to G.W. and Alice Marie Crane Cleaver. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Prescott Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her father, G.W. Cleaver.

Her survivors include: her husband of 29 years, Kenny Light of Hope; one son, Michael Allen and Paula of Hope; her mother, Alice Marie Crane Lowdermilk of Prescott; three sisters, Jackie Brown and David and Marie Smith all of Prescott, and Wrenetta Greene of Socorro, N.M.; two grandchildren, Todd Allen and Jon Allen both of Hope; four nieces and nephews and other family members.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2006, at Hope Church of Christ with Mr. Tony Hamilton and Mr. Larry Culbreath officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Hope. Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.

Family received friends Monday, February 20, 2006, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.
