Dorothy JonesPublished Wednesday, February 22, 2006 in the Gurdon TimesDorothy Jean Jones, age 67 of Gurdon, died on Wednesday, Feb. 15. Jean was the widow of Walter Jones and she attended the Calvary United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include: a son, Tony Jones of Fort Sill, Oklahoma; a daughter, Rhonda LeBlanc of Gurdon; two sisters, Julia Smithson of Arkadelphia and Sandra Rowe of Hot Springs; two grandsons, Justin and Shad. Services were scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, 2006 in the Horne Chapel at Gurdon, Arkansas. Interment is to be in the Free Hill Cemetery near Bismarck by Horne Funeral Home of Gurdon.
