Ethel HerronPublished Tuesday, January 25, 2005 in the Gurdon TimesEthel Poccolia Hamm Herron, 90 of Arkadelphia died Thursday, January 12, 2006 at the Twin Rivers. She was born Sept 21, 1915, in Arkadelphia the daughter of the late Leander and Mary Elizabeth Hamm. She was a housewife and a member of First Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tutt O. Herron, two brothers and five sisters. Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Muniz and her husband, Jerry of Arkadelphia; one sister, Violet Buck of Arkadelphia; one granddaughter, Shonda Gordon-Mann and her husband Robert of New Jersey. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Monday, Jan 16, 2006, in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel. Interment was in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation was from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
