College NewsPublished Wednesday, March 24, 1999 in the Nevada County PicayuneSusan Wesson, a senior at Nevada High School, and Shanna Loe, a senior at Prescott High School, have been offered a technical scholarship at the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope. The scholarships are based on an ACT score and/or grade point average plus a recommendation from a school official. Wesson is the daughter of Wilburn and Patsy Wesson of Prescott. She will be pursuing an associate of applied science in business degree. Loe is the daughter of Brad and Sandra Loe of Prescott. She will be pursuing a license practical nursing program degree.
