Banquet To Be April 24

The Ila Upchurch Corporation will hold its 9th annual awards banquet April 24 in the Prescott Middle School cafetorium at 6:30 p.m.

Fritz Hill, a native of Arkadelphia, will be the guest speaker. Hill is an assistant poet at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

The banquet is one of the fund-raising activities of this non-profit organization. The center is used for adult-tutoring, GED classes, alternate school and other community affairs.
