William Beebe JrPublished Wednesday, August 31, 2005 in the Nevada County PicayuneWilliam C. Beebe, Jr., 83, of Perrytown, died August 24, 2005, in Hope. He was born July 29, 1922, in Harmon, La. He was retired from Meyers Bakery. He was the son of William C. Beebe, Sr. and Caroline Strickland Beebe. He was preceded by his parents and two sisters. Survivors include: his wife, Ruth Hogg Beebe of 59 years; one daughter, Virginia and Jerry Throgmorton of Spanish Fork, Utah; one son, Tom and Lisa Beebe of Cabot; one sister, Lyn Dean Morman of Rosston; three grandchildren, Kyle and Jennifer Beebe of Hope, Tara Beebe of Sherwood and Steve Hall of Waldo; one step-granddaughter, Katie and Kevin Revels and one step-grandson, Dustin Harris of Cabot; three great-grandchildren, Mitch and Blake Hall of Magnolia and Kathrine Revels of Hope; and several nieces and nephews. Services were Friday, August 26, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Herndon Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Harold Freeman officiating. Interment was at Stephens Cemetery. Visitation was held Thursday, August 25, 2005, from 6-8 p.m. at Herndon Funeral Home. Services were under the direction of Herndon Funeral Home, Inc. in Hope.
