Sue HarmonPublished Wednesday, August 10, 2005 in the Gurdon TimesSue Harmon, 86, of Whelen Springs, died Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2005. She was a member of the Whelen Springs Baptist Church in Whelen Springs and the widow of Edward Harmon. Survivors include her two sons: Bryce Lenard Harmon and wife Marybeth of DeQueen and Bryan Harmon and wife Carol of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother, Pope Finn of Lebanon, Tenn.; grandchildren, Holly Watkins and husband, Barry, their children, Brennan and Braxton Watkins, all of DeQueen; Bren Harmon and wife Heather and their child, Addison, all of Nashville. Graveside services were at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 5, in Bethlehem Cemetery near Gurdon by Horne Funeral Home. Visitation was Thursday, from 4-6 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home in Gurdon.
