James TroutPublished Wednesday, July 13, 2005 in the Gurdon TimesJames T. Trout, 67, of Gurdon, died on Monday, July 4, 2005. James was a retired Chief Petty Officer for the Navy and attended Beech Street Baptist Church in Gurdon. Survivors include: a wife, Carolyn Trout, of Gurdon; a son, Mark Trout, of Magnolia; a daughter, Lynn Britt of Gurdon; a sister, Betty Wilson, of Chidester; three grandchildren; Hannah, Megan and Samuel Trout; and one stepgrandchild, Logan Britt. Funeral services were 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel in Gurdon. Interment was in Rose Hedge Cemetery at Gurdon.
