Stan Jernigan

Mr. Lloyd Stanley Stan Jernigan, 46, of Hope, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2005, in Christus St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas.

He was born January 19, 1959, in Cooter, Mo., to J.R. Lloyd and Maxine Jenkins Jernigan. He was a service technician with Custom Aire of Texarkana. He was a Baptist and a former member of Emmet City Council.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Jerry Dennis Jernigan.

His survivors include Cindy Huckabee Jernigan of Hope; two sons, Chad Allen Jernigan of Hope and Justin Dennis Jernigan of Tulsa,. Oklahoma; his parents, J.R. Lloyd and Maxine Jernigan of Emmet; one granddaughter, Erin Michelle Jernigan of Prescott; one nephew, Kyle Jernigan of Stillwater, Oklahoma and one niece, Kayla Keuhnert of Tulsa, Okla.

Graveside services were 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2005, at Huckabee Cemetery in Spring Hill with Rev. Johnny Jackson and Mr. Sandy Huckabee officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements were by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.

Family received friends Saturday, June 25, 2005, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope.
