Johnny CollinsPublished Wednesday, June 15, 2005 in the Nevada County PicayuneJohnny Wayne Collins, 60, born November 5, 1944, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2005, in Hope. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnie and Joyce Brown Collins. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Billy Dean and Pat Collins of Prescott; one sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jean and David Spaulding of Texarkana, Ark.; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. A special mention for friends and workers at Split Rail in Prescott. Johnny Wayne was a kind and gentle soul. He was a good friend to those who knew him, for those who did not it was their loss. Our loss is Heavens gain where he will suffer no more. He was a good son, brother, and friend. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Graveside services for Johnny Wayne were held Tuesday, June 7, 2005, at the DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott at 2 p.m. under the direction of the Herndon Funeral Home of Hope.
