Dewey Harrison

Mrs. Dewey Gay Harrion, 72, of Patmos, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2005, at her home.

She was born Dec. 29, 1932, in Throckmorton, Texas, to John Lawrence and Josephine Ophelia Ball Culp.

She was a retired Road Runner manager.

Survivors include: her husband, Aimon F. "Bill" Harrison of Patmos;

one son, Devins Ray Harrison and Barbara, Fayetteville, N.C.; three daughters, Frances J. Harrison of Patmos, Artie L. McNiel and David of Spring Hill and Angela Ray and John, of Jay, Okla.; one brother, William Culp and Shirley, of Mertzen, Texas; seven grandchildren, D. Ray Harrison and David and Windy McNiel of Hope, Christy and Mike Bryan of Prescott, Danny and Deborah McNiel of Texarkana, Ark., James and Beverly Gardner and Laura Elizabeth Gardner of Grove, Okla.; and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2005, at Arkansas Veteran's Cemetery, North Little Rock. Burial was under the direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home of Hope. The Rev. Eric Barbaree officiated.

Family and friends were received Sunday, Feb. 13, from 6-8 p.m. at her home in Patmos.
