HEATHER DAVIESPublished Wednesday, March 24, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesDavies is the 16-year-old daughter of Don and Debbie Davies of Gurdon. She is a member of the GHS Beta Club, vice president of the National Honor Society, sings in the Gurdon High School choir and is part of a smaller ensemble, 'The Camarata Singers.' Davies is a member of First United Methodist Church. She also attends Big Bob's Youth Group on Wednesdays. She enjoys traveling, visiting with friends and singing. She holds a 3.9 grade point average while working after school at Thomerson Drug Store. She will be attending the Close-Up trip to Washington, D.C., in April.
