Sarah WhitePublished Wednesday, January 26, 2005 in the Nevada County PicayuneSarah Adams White was born September 20, 1955, to Rosemary Reed and Aurther Adams in Ozan.. She departed this life on Sunday, January 16, 2005. Sarah attended Childress and Nashville High School. She attended St. Mark CME Church in Ozan at an early age and later she joined Victory Way Church in Nashville, where she served as a Missionary Sunday School Superintendent and Sunday School teacher where she remained faithful until her death. Sarah enjoyed her field in nursing. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Robert L. White; one son, Cory L. Livingston, and stepson, Devon White; mother, Rosemary Whitmore; father, Aurther Adams; stepfather, Glen Whitmore; one grandchild, Robert Morgan; six sisters, Frances Fultcher and husband Kent, Peggy Pryor, Regina Hugle and husband Trent, and Carolyn Scoggins all of Nashville and Shirley Metz of Troy, Ohio; brothers-in-law, Nero "Pat" White, Cardell White from California, Willie Sandra White of Flint, Mich. and Billy Ray White of Nashville; two sisters-in-law, Bobby Joe Finley of Schall and Francene Murphy of Ohio and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services were 11 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 2005, at Memorial Church of God in Christ with Bishop Willie Claisher, Jr. officiating.
