Robert Faulkner

Mr. Robert M. "Bob" Faulkner, 62, of Emmet, died Monday, January 17, 2005, in Heather Manor Nursing and Rehab in Hope.

He was born December 28, 1942, in Hope to Marcus Faulkner and Thelma Jones Faulkner Watkins.

He was an x-ray technician with Medical Park Hospital in Hope. He was a U.S. Marine Corp. Veteran of the Vietnam War; a member of Hope VFW Post 4511; a Mason and member of Whitfield Masonic Lodge #239 of Hope; and member of the Elks and Eagles.

His survivors include: his wife, Nora McRoy Faulkner of Emmet; two sons, Mark Faulkner of Hope and Scott Faulkner of Camp LeJune, N. Carolina - U.S. Marine Corp; two daughters, Linda Hansen of Chicago, Ill. and Cindy Green of Hope; two step-daughters, Tammy Franklin and Terri Coffee both of Hope; four brothers, Larry Dell, Sr., Ronnie Dell, William Davis and Linard Watkins, all of St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Linda Mulkey of St. Louis, Mo. and eight grandchildren.

Military graveside services were 10 a.m. Thursday, January 20, 2005, at Bright Star Cemetery in Washington, Ark. with Rev. Charles Jones officiating. Burial followed.

Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.

Family received friends Wednesday, January 19, 2005, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Oakcrest.
