Mrs. Frances Belle Harvey, 80, of Prescott, died Tuesday, January 18, 2005, at her home.

She was born on March 11, 1924, in New Hope Community of Nevada County to Remmell an Laura DeWoody Grayson.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Prescott.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward "Dick" Harvey; by one daughter, Connie Belle Glaze; by one brother, Jack Taylor Grayson, Sr.; and by one sister, Evelyn Grayson Hildebrand.

Her survivors include: one son, Jackie R. Harvey and Barbara of Prescott; one daughter, Laura Candace Harvey of Dallas, Texas; one brother, Bobby Ronald Grayson of Nashville, Tenn.; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and several special caregivers, Idella Hayes, Sherri McClure, Patsy White, Thelma Floyd, Mary Edwards, and Debbi Shewbirt.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Friday, January 21, 2005, at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel in Prescott with Rev. Jerry G. Westmoreland officiating. Burial followed in Bluff City Cemetery in Bluff City. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.

Family received friends Thursday, January 20, 2005, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
