WHITNEY HOGUEPublished Wednesday, March 24, 1999 in the Gurdon TimesHogue is the 16-year-old daughter of Jimmy and Linda Gayle Hogue. She is a member of Future Business Leaders of America, the Beta Club and the tennis team. She is secretary of the National Honor Society and a junior class representative. Hogue is a member of Beech Street Baptist Church, where she is active in the youth group. She will attend Close-Up in Washington, D.C., in April.
