Ethel PersonsPublished Wednesday, January 19, 2005 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Ethel B. Person, 74, of Prescott, died Tuesday, January 11, 2005, at her home. She was born June 21, 1930, in Laneburg, to Freeman and Gladys Hicks Spell. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Miller Eugene Person, who died April of 1996; and by two sons, Miller Dale Person and Charles Person. Survivors include: one son, Terry Don Person of Sacramento, Calif.; one brother, Lee Spell of Prescott; one sister, Mary Kraft of Chidester; three grandchildren, Joanna Beth Person of Dallas, Texas, Teresa Rena Person of Calif. and Richard Byron Person of Calif.; two great-grands and two special cats, Sassy and Billy. Graveside service was 11 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2005, at Caney Cemetery in Caney with Rev. Raymond Hicks officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Thursday, January 13, 2005, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Arrangements under the direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
