Korey EvansPublished Wednesday, January 12, 2005 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. Korey Elijah Evans, infant, died in Texarkana, Ark., Saturday, January 1, 2005, in UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. He was born on Saturday, January 1, 2005, in UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James Michael White, who died December 2003. His survivors include: his mother, LaTisha Ward of Texarkana, Ark.; his father, Stacy Evans three brothers, Dorain Evans, Sam Evans, and KeAndre Evans all of Junction City, La.; his paternal grandmother, Sarah Evans of Junction City, La. ; maternal grandmother, Belinda Gallagher and Ronnie of Texarkana, Ark.; his maternal great-grandparents, James O. and Charlotte White of Emmet and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Graveside services were 11 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2005, at Snell Cemetery in Emmet, Rev. Allen Peebles officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.
