Joan EggerPublished Wednesday, January 12, 2005 in the Gurdon TimesJoan Egger, 60, of Gurdon, died on Monday, Jan. 3, 2005. Joan was a seamstress for Prescott Manufacturing and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by: her husband, Dickey, of Gurdon, and her daughter, Johna Richard, of Gurdon; her mother, Frankie Crabtree, of Gurdon; two brothers, Steven Crabtree of Jackson, Tenn. and John Crabtree of Higginsville, Missouri; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation was Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005 at the funeral home. Grave side services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, in Harts Chapel Cemetery near Curtis by Horne Funeral Home, Gurdon.
