Minor BaileyPublished Wednesday, December 22, 2004 in the Nevada County PicayuneMr. Minor H. Bailey, 89, of Rosston, formerly of Fort Worth, Texas, died Tuesday, November 30, 2004, at Christus St. Michael Health System in Texarkana, Texas. He was born May 21, 1915, in Rosston to Chester B. and Effie Jarvis Bailey. He was a retired superintendent of Johns-Manville Roofing Plant, Ft. Worth. He was a Baptist and a Mason for more than 50 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and by two brothers and two sisters. His survivors include: his wife of 67 years, Tommie Lou Atkins Bailey of Rosston; two sons, Donnie H. Bailey of Weatherford, Texas, and Frank Bailey of Rosston; one sister, Wilma Simpson of Dallas, Texas; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services were 10 a.m. Friday, December 3, 2004, at Rosston Cemetery in Rosston with Rev. Arlis East officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Thursday, December 2, 2004, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott.
