Floy WatersPublished Wednesday, September 22, 2004 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Floy Catherine Caldwell Waters, 85, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Rosston, died Thursday, September 16, 2004, in the Methodist Hospital in Dallas. She was born June 22, 1919, in Rosston, to Charles Preston and Lena Wortham Caldwell. She was a retired accountant. She was a member of Cliff Temple Baptist Church in Dallas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Herman Waters, who died in November 2002. Her survivors include: two nephews, Charles Thomas Caldwell of Granbury, Texasn and James F. Palmer of Dallas. Funeral services were 2 p.m. Sunday, September 19, 2004, at First Baptist Church in Rosston. Burial followed in Holly Springs Cemetery in Rosston, with Rev. Jim Palmer officiating. Arrangements by Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home in Prescott. Family received friends Saturday, September 18, 2004, from 6-8 p.m. at Brazzel/Cornish.
