Donnie RobertsPublished Wednesday, July 28, 2004 in the Nevada County PicayuneMrs. Donnie Roberts, 75, of Andrews, Texas, formerly of Washington, Ark., died Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at Permain Residential Care Center in Andrews. She was born July 18, 1929, in Star City, to Charlie Alfred and Rosie Lee Allen Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband the late D.D. "Jack" Roberts in 1981. Her survivors include: two brothers, Jake Johnson of Mexia, Texas, and Alfred Johnson of Star City; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services were 10 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2004, at Washington Cemetery, Washington with Mr. Harley Sisson officiating. Burial followed. Arrangements by Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home in Hope.
