Eddie Jones

Eddie Ray Jones, 47, of Gurdon died July 21, 2004, at Baptist Health Medical Center-Arkadelphia.

He was born Jan. 26, 1957, in Hot Springs, son of the late Robert and Ellen Eddlemon Jones.

He was employed by Anthony Timberlands Inc. and was a member of the Assembly of God church.

Survivors include: His wife, Glenda Kay Karr Jones of the home; a son, Chris Jones of Gurdon; a daughter, Lisa Jones of Gurdon; a brother, David Jones of Hot Springs; five sisters, Virginia LaLmundier of Crossett; Margaret Reagan of Lampy, Mo., Ginger McCreary of Blue Eye, Mo., and Seriona Ritche and Linda Kinder of Mansfield, Texas; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral was 10 a.m. Friday, July 23, 2004, at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home chapel with Chris Williams officiating. Burial was in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 22, at the funeral home.
