Reba Lamb

Reba Laverne Manning Lamb was born Dec. 19, 1935, in Richwoods, to parents Roy and Ethyl Manning. She passed from this life to her Heavenly reward on July 17, 2004, at her home in O'Fallon, Mo.

Reba had been an active member of First Assembly of God Church since 1968. She loved music and sang in the choir, played piano and keyboard specials, sang solos and was a regular music ministry volunteer at nursing home services in the Wentzville and St. Charles area for many years.

Reba is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ethyl Manning.

She is survived by her husband, Bill Lamb; one son, Billy Lamb of Wentzville; two daughters, Mary Overton of Winston, Mo., and Jana Obrigewitch of Rosamond, Calif.; one brother, Roy Manning of Curtis; one sister, Peggy Hargrave of Gurdon; four grandsons and three great-grandsons.

Interment was at Harts Chapel Cemetery in Curtis on Thursday, July 22, 2004.

Reba has requested that, in lieu of flowers, any memorial gifts be sent to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation or American Cancer Society, in care of Pittman Funeral Home, 909 Pittman Ave., Wentzville, Mo. 63385.
